Audiotrack is a National Audiometry & Full Medical test database allowing registered medical professionals to make use of a centralised database for storing their patient's details and their test results. It is conveniently available online giving you access anytime and from anywhere. It also allows you to search for past test results for patients that are new to you but have been tested before. You can import your data from Everest or use the handy excel spreadsheet we make available for download to import easily into the database. We would love to encourage you to join us and use the system, the more test results we have on the national database, the more comprehensive and useful the database becomes. We charge an annual usage fee of R200.00 and then R2 per medical to cover the costs of hosting and maintaining the system and are hoping that together we can build up the data reserve enabling us all to save time in the long run.
It also has a facility whereby Safety Officers and Human Resource staff can request access to test results for staff at their own Organisation. We ensure they are restricted to only view the results from their own organisation and only the overview results (not individual test figures). This saves you from having to collate and submit reports.
